PRICING FORMULA
Before issuing an order, find out how its value is calculated and what factors may influence the price.
- place of loading / unloading (price according to the regulations of that particular state)
- number of kilometers/miles crossed
- countries of transit (price according to the regulations of that particular state)
- delivery time
- the certain type of truck needed to perform the transportation (the price may be influenced by the quantity of freight loaded)
- sizes of the transported goods (weight and volume of the cargo)
- type of freight (normal, general, dangerous, ADR)
- possible additional costs related to customs duties (if the transit area is within or outside the European Community area)
- frequency of transports
- notice time – (how long before the transport we are informed of your needs)

Depending on the type of truck, temporary or national circulation restrictions specific to each country or season (for example, in Italy there are weekend, summer or winter traffic restrictions) whether or not they transit through intermediate storage – valid for smaller quantities of goods and others.
An order may be canceled at any time by sending an email notification at no extra cost if it is made at least 48 working hours in advance. Otherwise, additional costs will be charged.
The requested bid must contain the following information:
Where does it load from? – location and zip code (compulsory for outside of Romania)
Where is it downloaded? – location and zip code (compulsory for outside of Romania)
Type of freight – What goods are being carried?
Packaging mode – Bulk or pallets? Pallet dimensions and total weight
The shipments are insured under the CMR Convention and the value of the damaged goods is fully recovered. Freight Trucks are insured up to 1 Million €.
WARNING: According to the CMR Convention, there is a maximum amount that can be compensated. Prior to making the order, the value of the merchandise is reported and you will see if insurance is required to include all possible damages.
